How do I make a purchase?

  • Hush Boutique Spa products is available for purchase with our online shop. Just add items to your shopping cart and checkout! You can make purchases with your Visa card, Visa Electron, Master card and with PayPal.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

  • Should a situation arise where you would need to cancel your order you should contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your registration up to 24 hours prior shipping you will be entitled to a full refund.

How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?

  • We will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you via email. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation, we may have already processed and/or shipped your order and we are unable to cancel. For more information, please contact us via email.

What happens if my order has already shipped?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If your order cannot be canceled prior to shipping, you will be charged for a fee depending on the carrier handling the delivery.  For the cancellation of orders, please contact us via email prior to shipment. Alternatively, items may be returned within 3 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of Hush Boutique Spa back to the company.

How can I find out Shipping Cost?

  • Shipping costs are always provided to you prior to the completion of a purchase.To determine the shipping cost (when applicable):
  • •Choose “Add to Cart” to place the item(s) into the shopping cart
  • •On “View Cart” page, enter the ship to zip code , country of destination, and shipping method into the Shipping Calculator
  • •Hit “Apply”
  • •Once the page reloads, the total will appear (including cost of product, shipping and any other fees/taxes, if applicable). Charges will only be processed once the order is fulfilled.

How do I track my order?

  • Tracking information is sent via email upon shipment. To check order status, see the Order Status Page. Please use the tracking/delivery confirmation number provided in the shipment notification email. Please note, for most orders, it might take up to 24-48 hours for the first scan to show up on the carrier’s website. Contact us  if you need help with tracking an order

How long does it take to process an order?

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 days. For faster delivery, please choose any of the express shipping options when ordering. However, express shipping fees will be applied depending on the carrier handling the delivery. We offer free standard delivery only. If an item is not available immediately, you will be notified with an estimated time of arrival for the item. 

What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?

  • Hush Boutique Spa partners with only the most reliable carriers and apologies for any delays caused by lost or damaged packages. We will work hard to resolve all shipping errors with our carriers and will strive to settle all claims within two weeks from initiation.

What is the returning policy?
